Job summary

Sodexo's Healthcare Technology Management team at UTMB is seeking an HTM RTLS Specialist to support real-time location system operations across four UTMB campuses: Galveston, League City, Angleton, and Clearlake. The role involves deployment, configuration, validation, and ongoing support of RTLS infrastructure in hospital and clinical settings.

It is an individual contributor role requiring collaboration with a team, regular travel between sites, and strong organizational skills to maintain

Qualifications

• Familiarity with hospital clinical workflows and patient care environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, network, and software layers.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and escalations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for multiple audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, validate RTLS infrastructure across hospital environments.
