Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a CAD Engineer focused on RTL design verification methodology and support. You will work with architecture, design, software and verification leads to develop technology critical to our products, from conception to final creation and every step along the way.

You will collaborate with chip leads to identify areas for automation and tooling, define new infrastructure capabilities, and accelerate design and development across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 6+ years hardware/software engineering experience.
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years experience.
• PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 4+ years experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with chip leads to understand the design methodology and high level requirements in support of design verification.
• Collaborate with chip leads to determine other areas to support current or future designs that can benefit from automation and tooling
• Define and implement new infrastructure capabilities that can be used to accelerate design and development
