Job summary

ISANA seeks an experienced educator to provide Tier II/III reading and math interventions within an RTI framework. You will collaborate with administrators, coaches, and teachers to implement strategies that raise student achievement in ELA and math.

The role requires a California teaching credential and a minimum of three years of teaching excellence, with a focus on building inclusive, data-driven instruction and strong classroom management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
• CA Teaching Credential CLAD or BCLAD is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience with strong evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement hands-on programs with administrators and instructional teams.
• Collaborate with faculty to plan, implement and evaluate school improvement programs.
• Ensure Tier II and Tier III math and reading intervention using RTI model.
