Realty Trust Group (RTG) in Spartanburg, SC, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex healthcare real estate engagements, including due diligence evaluations, facility condition assessments, feasibility studies, and capital project management for inpatient and outpatient facilities.

You will supervise PMs, develop budgets and schedules, read plans, deliver board-level presentations, and contribute to business development.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of project management experience in healthcare real estate/construction.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, PlanGrid or PMWeb.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; PMP/PMI knowledge is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple client engagements including due diligence, facility assessments, planning initiatives and capital project management.
• Develop project budgets and schedules; manage issue resolution and recovery strategies.
• Oversee Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers; deliver client board-level presentations.

Job Description and Responsibilities

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for providing project leadership for multiple client engagements including Due Diligence Evaluations, Facility Condition Assessments, Project Feasibility and Planning Initiatives, and Capital Project Management. Project types may include interior construction/renovations and ground-up construction, for both inpatient/acute-care and outpatient/ambulatory facilities. Senior Project Manager has shared responsibility for service line profitability. Specific responsibilities include:

• Have intermediate to advanced knowledge of building systems.
• Be able to read and interpret building plans.
• Develop and implement project delivery strategies.
• Provide project management services.
• Develop project budgets.
• Develop project schedules.
• Manage issue resolution process.
• Develop recovery strategies for project requiring "rescue."\
• Procure a project delivery team.
• Negotiate project delivery team agreements.
• Deliver client Board level presentations.
• Attend client executive level meetings.
• Oversee Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers.
• Assist in Business Development.
• Develop and maintain a professional network.

Education And Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Building Construction, Business (or related field) OR comparable demonstrated ability and experience in healthcare/commercial/institutional/ office construction. Project Management Institute's Requirements for the Project Management Professional.
• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience (including construction or design), preferably in health care real estate/construction.
• Experience/competence with various software programs, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, PlanGrid, PMWeb, or other similar programs.

Allocation Of Time

• Business Client Development – 20%
• Client / Project Work – 70%
• Administrative – 10%

Overnight travel required up to 50%.
