Job summary

Brown-Forman is seeking an Associate Global RTD Portfolio Manager to support the Ready-to-Drink (RTD) portfolio with analytical, organizational, and coordination skills. The role emphasizes translating data and trends into actionable insights, driving global RTD strategy and pipeline visibility from the Louisville, KY base.

The candidate will monitor market trends, collaborate across markets, and assist in budgeting, governance, and KPI reporting to ensure timely delivery of innovation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field.
3–5 years in brand management, innovation, or consumer insights in FMCG or beverage.
Experience with market data sources (IWSR, Nielsen).
Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize insights.
Exposure to product development or portfolio management preferred.
Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

Support NTW innovation development with analytical inputs and assessments.
Identify trends and whitespace; synthesize opportunities.
Monitor RTD formats and regional performance.
Maintain documentation of Innovation Philosophy.
Track pipeline milestones and governance; support budgeting and reporting.
Collaborate with global and local teams to align timelines.
