This role requires blending data analysis, trend monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain visibility of the global RTD pipeline and ensure the smooth, well-coordinated delivery of innovation work, ultimately driving the success of RTD initiatives.****What You Can Expect********Global Strategy & Innovation Process Support***** Support New‐To‐World (NTW) Innovation development: Contribute analytical inputs and early‐stage assessments to help shape New‐To‐World opportunities within the global RTD pipeline.* Trend Identification and Whitespace Monitoring: Continuously track global and local RTD trends using IWSR, industry reports, competitive intelligence, and market inputs. Synthesize findings into clear opportunity territories that inform global strategy and pipeline development.* RTD Format Monitoring: Monitor RTD performance across priority markets to identify emerging formats, flavor territories, and scalable platform opportunities.* RTD Innovation Philosophy Support: Maintain documentation and support adherence to Brown‐Forman’s Innovation Philosophy (Project Edison), helping ensure cross‐functional alignment and process discipline.****Market Connection & Operations Management***** Global-Local Collaboration Support: Coordinate information flow between global RTD and regional/local marketing teams.
