Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of brand management, innovation, or consumer insights experience in FMCG or beverages.
• Experience with market data sources (IWSR, Nielsen) and translating data into insights.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams across markets.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Support NTW innovation development by providing analytical inputs for early assessments.
• Monitor global RTD trends and identify opportunities for pipeline expansion.
• Coordinate information flow between global RTD and regional marketing teams.
• Track pipeline milestones, risks, and budget reporting for portfolio governance.
• Contribute to KPI tracking and reporting to measure portfolio health.
