Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Commercial Development Manager to lead the RTD portfolio as the dedicated commercial lead, aligning strategy with execution across customers and channels. You will own planning, assortment, distribution, promotions, trade investment, forecast quality and inventory management to deliver growth.

You will partner across the Business Unit, Field Sales, Finance, Marketing, Demand Planning and Supply Chain to deliver launches, optimize velocity and manage shelf-life risk while

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Sales, Commercial Development, Category Management, Customer Planning or Marketing.
• Strong understanding of customer planning, trade strategy, promotional effectiveness, pricing, and RTD execution.
• Ability to connect RTD decisions to volume, trade spend, margin, forecast and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Lead RTD portfolio commercial lead across customers and channels.
• Translate strategies into executable customer and channel plans.
• Develop RTD selling stories, calendars and cohesive business plans for Field Sales.
• Incorporate retailer planning timelines, shelf resets, cold space and activation into Go-To-Market plans.
• Provide input into volume, trade, margin and P&L decisions with cross-functional teams.
• Lead monthly and milestone business reviews including launch readiness and risk escalation.
• Act as RTD liaison to Brand teams, Field Sales, Finance and Supply Chain.
• Drive RTD commercial action plans aligning brand objectives and shopper insights.
