Job summary

TEAM, Inc. seeks a certified NDT/NDE Technician to perform non-destructive testing at client sites. The role requires multiple NDT methods, strong data accuracy, safety performance, and professional client interaction.

Ideal candidates hold Level II certifications, API 510/570/653 or equivalent, and TWIC/OSHA credentials. This on-site position offers travel, extensive field work, and opportunities for growth within the company’s inspection services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background check.
• Must be able to obtain TWIC, DISA, and/or other site access credentials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate results to peers, clients, and supervisors.
• Ability to travel, work extended hours, and operate in field environments including confined spaces, elevated work areas, and extreme weather.

Responsibilities

• Perform nondestructive testing using certified methods per TEAM procedures, client specs, and codes.
• Interpret, evaluate, and document test results using forms, digital systems, or reporting platforms.
• Supervise and guide NDT Assistants and support personnel in field operations.
• Calibrate and operate NDT equipment and related tools safely and effectively.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients regarding job scope, access, and results.
• Maintain detailed records including reports, time sheets, and safety documentation.
• Adhere to radiation safety practices and TEAM’s Life Critical Expectations.
