RT Level II Technician (EMBEDDED)

Acuren is currently looking for qualified RT Level II Technicians to support our customers in Lima, OH area. This is a full‑time embedded role with guaranteed 40 hours per week (M‑F 7 AM to 3:30 PM). Relocation assistance and up to $5,000.00 sign‑on bonus are available, along with 30 days per diem for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment
• Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects) using NDT methods of inspection
• Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations
• Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results
• Interpret radiographs, cathode ray tube (CRT) or digital readouts, conductivity meters and visual indicators
• Organize and report test results
• Perform specialized inspections
• May instruct and supervise others
• Perform other job‑related tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• Certified Level II RT
• Level II MT, PT, UTT, and VT would be considered an asset
• Technical background in NDT methods and procedures
• Demonstrated ability to effectively perform assigned NDT tasks and interpret results of inspections
• Knowledge of NDT equipment
• Per client requirements you must pass a hair follicle going back 90‑120 days, along with periodic random testing.
