Job summary

TEAM, Inc. seeks a certified NDT/NDE Technician to perform non-destructive testing at client sites and locations. The ideal candidate holds NDT Level II certifications and can interpret/record test results with precision while supervising assistants and coordinating with project managers.

Responsibilities include calibrating equipment, adhering to safety protocols, and maintaining accurate documentation. This role requires travel to multiple sites and compliance with TEAM’s safety standards.

Qualifications

• Holder of one or more NDT Level II certifications or equivalents.
• APIs or industry certifications are a plus and may be required.
• Must be able to obtain site access credentials (TWIC/DISA).

Responsibilities

• Perform nondestructive testing using certified methods per TEAM and client specs.
• Interpret, evaluate, and document test results with accuracy.
• Supervise NDT Assistants and coordinate with project managers.
• Calibrate and operate NDT equipment; ensure safety and data integrity.
• Maintain detailed records including reports and timesheets.

Skills

NDT Level II certifications

ASNT/PCN/CGSB equivalencies

Digital reporting systems familiarity

TWIC certification (or able to obtain)

OSHA 10/30 or equivalent safety certs

Strong verbal/written communication

Education

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
