Mercer University’s Recreational Sports & Wellness department on the Macon campus seeks a dedicated RSW Program Assistant to mentor undergraduate staff and support daily operations. You will help deliver positive, fun, and healthy recreational activities for students, faculty, and staff.

You will coordinate intramural sports, fitness programs, outdoors, aquatics, and club sports, assisting with marketing and program delivery.

Overall, the Program Assistant will be providing the Mercer University students, faculty, and staff with positive, fun, and healthy recreational activities, and programs.Program Assistants will be responsible for coordinating daily operations within the department in all areas including but not limited to: intramural sports, group fitness, outdoors, aquatics, club sports, and marketing.Pay Rate is $12 per hour.**Scheduled Hours:**40**Start Date:**08/4/2026**End Date:**05/8/2027
