The Surgical Robotics Utilization team supports all aspects of system implementation, customer adoption, training, account development, and long-term program optimization for the Hugo RAS platform. Hugo RAS is Medtronic’s robotic-assisted surgery system designed to support minimally invasive procedures through advanced robotic technology. The team works closely with surgeons, clinical teams, and hospital leadership to help healthcare organizations establish, expand, and optimize robotic surgery programs while driving operational excellence and improved patient access to innovative surgical therapies.
Medtronic is continuing to expand its presence in robotic-assisted surgery and is seeking an experienced professional to support accounts across the Benelux region, Israel, and Greece. This field-based role requires significant travel and close collaboration with customers and cross-functional Medtronic teams. Candidates must be based in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Israel, or Greece and be willing to travel extensively throughout the territory to support training, program development, technology adoption, and account optimization activities.
