Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
• A valid PEL issued by the Illinois State Board of Education with a school support personnel endorsement.
• Principal endorsement or valid State of Illinois General Administrative Certificate preferred.
• REACH certification or commitment to complete REACH certification within timeline specified by hiring manager.

Responsibilities

• Implements training of related service providers to enhance their effectiveness.
• Collaborates with CPS Talent office to recruit and hire related service providers.
• Facilitates performance evaluations and provides feedback to improve student outcomes.
• Monitors budgets and reporting for staffing and servicing related to providers.
• Works with Directors and stakeholders to optimize student well-being and resource allocation.
• Oversees assignments and schedules for district and agency providers.
• Contributes to budgeting and planning for day-to-day operations and long-term goals.
• Engages in professional development and literature to improve delivery techniques.
