Job Description

1. Disassembly and re-assembly, grinding, polishing, de-burring—all necessary tooling for RSB/BiM manufacturing.
2. Assist production technicians with daily responsibilities.
3. Operate stamping press, BiM milling, and side set.

Qualifications

1. Ability to stand and be mobile for 8 hours.
2. Proper hand dexterity.
3. Ability to read and follow instructions.
4. Proficient in precision measuring to ± .0001.
5. Proven ability to operate and maintain automated surface grinders.
6. Proven CNC ability to operate tooling and cutting sharpener.
7. Ability to read and prepare orders.
8. High understanding of machines and components.
9. Computer and software navigation skills.
10. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
11. Math skills appropriate to a machining environment.
12. Able to read product prints and check products to match.
13. Proficient in using measuring devices such as dial indicators and calipers.
14. Ability to safely use hand tools correctly.
15. High school diploma or GED.
