• Dis-assembly and re-assembly of tooling for RSB/BiM manufacturing.
• Assist production technician with daily responsibilities.
• Operation of Stamping Press and BiM Milling.

• Dis-assembly and re-assembly , Grinding , Polishing, De-burring all Necessary tooling for RSB / BiM manufacturing.
• Assist production technician with all daily responsibilities.
• Operation of Stamping Press , BiM Milling and side set.

Qualifications:

• Ability to stand and be mobile for 8 hours

• Proper hand dexterity

• Ability to read and follow instructions

• Proficient in precision measuring to +- .0001

• Proven Ability to operate and Maintain Automated Surface Grinders

• Proven CNC ability to operate Tooling and cutting sharpener

• Ability to read and prepare orders

• High understanding of machines and components

• Computer and Software navigation ability

• Ability to lift (up to) 40 lbs.

• Math skills appropriate to a machining environment.

• Able to read product prints and check product to match.

• Proficient in the use of measuring devices such as Dial Indicators and Calipers.

• Ability to safely use hand tools correctly.

• Accredited HS Diploma or GED
