Location:

Remote – travel required one week a month

Min Education Requirement:

Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in a related field, with at least 5 years of experience. RSA Certification preferred.

Clearance Required:

Active Q (Preferred) or active TS; must be U.S. Citizen

About the Opportunity

Inalab has an immediate opening for an RSA Archer Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support our contract with the Department of Energy. The candidate will have an active Q or TS clearance and the necessary, proven skills and, along with a history of strong collaborative relationship building with key technical members. The Y-12 National Security Complex Cyber Security Program has selected and began implementation of RSA Archer enterprise governance and risk compliance (eGRC) system and requires a SME to assist in this effort.

Required Proficiency/Experience:
  • A thorough understanding of principles with regard to RSA Archer domains.
  • Consultative aptitude to provide proven process recommendations.
  • Proficiency in design and development of RSA Archer and related technologies as part of the RSA Archer solution.
  • Installation, configuration and deployment expertise of the RSA Archer solution.
  • Technical skills to facilitate interoperability and integration efforts.
  • Ability to conduct and support testing/QA procedures for configured solutions.
  • Presentation and operational competence to support day-to-day operations: IT environment optimizations, workflow analysis, environment updates, technology alignment, incident workflow development, configuring reporting requirements, etc.
  • Understanding and capability to handle and protect Unclassified Controlled Nuclear Information, Official Use Only, and Controlled Unclassified Information (UCNI / OUO / CUI).
  • RSA Certification Preferred
Assigned Tasks:
  • Coordinate RSA Archer application configuration, use cases, and provide expert technical support to enterprise-wide CSP staff in accordance with NIST risk management framework.
  • Coordinate system requirements and changes with Y-12 and Cloud Service Provider staff.
  • Support control assessment management and compliance (including common controls).
  • Automate and support policy management authoring, staff communication and awareness, and established process for exceptions.
  • Support risk management through risk identification, assessment, decisions, treatment, monitoring, and organizational context.
  • Support reporting and metrics for lifecycle authorization and FISMA requirements.
  • Establish real-time reporting and dashboards across RSA Archer modules.
  • Create, track, and report workflows and approvals.
  • Gather required information from staff to adjust architecture, implementation, and support RSA Archer capabilities such as Assessment & Authorization, Regulatory and Corporate Compliance modules, etc.
