Job summary

Themesoft Inc. is seeking an experienced Archer Operations Support Analyst to provide day-to-day operational support, administration, and maintenance of the RSA Archer GRC platform in a production environment.

You will monitor the platform, manage user access, resolve incidents, support releases, and ensure data quality with reporting for stakeholders. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of RSA Archer or Archer IRM/GRC experience, ITIL process knowledge, and strong troubleshooting and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or related field.
• 3+ years of production support for RSA Archer or Archer IRM/GRC.
• Experience with incident management and platform administration.
• Strong understanding of GRC processes and RBAC, workflows, and data feeds in Archer.
• Knowledge of release and change management and ITIL practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support and maintenance of the RSA Archer GRC platform.
• Monitor platform health, performance, and data quality across production environments.
• Manage user access, roles, and security controls; resolve incidents promptly.
• Support releases, change management, and ITIL-aligned processes.
• Prepare reports and coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Audit, IT, and vendors.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Archer Operations Support Analyst to provide day-to-day operational support, administration, and maintenance of the RSA Archer GRC platform in a production environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for platform monitoring, user access management, incident resolution, release support, data quality assurance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, GRC domain knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Audit, IT teams, and external vendors.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience supporting RSA Archer or Archer IRM/GRC platforms.
• Experience with production support, incident management, and platform administration.
• Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes.
• Experience with RBAC, workflows, questionnaires, notifications, and data feeds in Archer.
• Knowledge of release management, change management, and ITIL processes.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
