Job summary

TekJobs is seeking an RSA Archer Administrator for a 12-month engagement with the State of South Carolina. The role requires 10+ years of experience, with onsite/hybrid work and immediate contribution to Archer design, dashboards, and data feeds.

You will manage administration, LDAP/AD integration, and complex workflows, ensuring security standards compliance. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, implementing Archer solutions, and supporting multi-environment production

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years RSA Archer Admin experience.
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying RSA Archer solutions.
• Strong SDLC knowledge and production Archer environment support.
• Knowledge of Advanced Workflows, Dashboards, Data Feeds, iViews, Reports.
• Ability to translate business requirements into Archer applications.
• Familiarity with security/privacy standards (FISMA/NIST).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SCDHHS stakeholders to apply requirements to Archer design modifications.
• Design and develop reporting dashboards and iViews for stakeholders.
• Integrate data feeds into Archer and configure Archer 6.x for users.
• Implement Archer out-of-the-box solutions and lead customizations.
• Handle day-to-day technical administration and user access provisioning.
• Provide development/configuration support based on technical requirements.
• Manage issues, problem resolution, and request tracking.
• Work with Archer LDAP integration and Active Directory.

Job Title: RSA Archer Administrator

Location: Columbia, SC (Onsite/Hybrid - As Required)

Experience: 10+ Years

Client: State of South Carolina

Duration: 12 Months

Note: Must have state department experience and must be local to South Carolina.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with SCDHHS stakeholders to apply process and functional requirements to application design modifications.
• Design and develop reporting dashboards and iViews for SCDHHS stakeholders.
• Integrate data feeds into Archer.
• Configure and/or customize RSA Archer 6.x for SCDHHS stakeholders.
• Implement RSA Archer out-of-the-box solutions and lead the design and analysis for customizations and On Demand applications.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to application calculations and cross references.
• Handle day-to-day technical administration of the RSA Archer platform.
• Administer user accounts, data feeds, workflows, and report access.
• Provide development/configuration support based on technical requirements.
• Manage technical issues, problem resolution, and request tracking.
• Provision local Archer user accounts and assign groups/roles.
• Work with Archer LDAP integration and Active Directory.

Required Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of RSA Archer Admin experience.
• RSA Archer Certified Associate
• RSA Archer Certified Professional

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying advanced RSA Archer solutions.
• 5+ years of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) experience.
• Experience supporting a production RSA Archer environment in a multi-environment setup.
• Strong knowledge of Advanced Workflows, Dashboards, Data Feeds, iViews, Reports, and Use Cases.
• Ability to translate business requirements into Archer applications.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience with FISMA, NIST, security, and privacy standards.

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of Healthcare and HIPAA compliance requirements.
• 5+ years of experience in information security, compliance, or risk management.
• Understanding of compliance reporting practices and methodologies.
• Project management skills are a plus.
