Job Title: RSA Archer IT BA/Developer
Duration: 12+ Months Contract (Possible Extensions)
Location: Toronto, ON
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite - Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
We are seeking an experienced RSA Archer IT Business Analyst / Archer Developer to support and enhance the RSA Archer eGRC platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with RSA Archer configuration, development, administration, and support activities across L1, L2, and L3 levels. The role requires expertise in Archer core solutions, workflow development, integrations, reporting, and risk/compliance management processes.
Key Responsibilities
Archer Platform Development & Configuration
Configure and customize RSA Archer applications, including:
- Solutions
- Questionnaires
- Workflows
- Access Controls
- Custom Objects
Develop and maintain:
- Advanced Workflows (AWF)
- Calculated Fields
- Data-Driven Events
- Data Feeds
- Reports and Dashboards
Utilize Archer Application Builder and Efficient Form Design to build scalable solutions.
Customize and enhance Archer modules including:
- Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
- IT Risk Management (ITRM)
- Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
- Regulatory & Compliance Management
Integration & Automation
Design, develop, and manage import/export data feeds.
Integrate RSA Archer with enterprise applications such as:
- ServiceNow
- SAP
- Databases
- Other third‑party systems
Develop integrations using:
- REST APIs
- SOAP Web Services
- XML/JSON
- File‑based interfaces
Automate recurring processes using Archer Job Engine and event‑driven workflows.
Support & Maintenance
- Provide L1, L2, and L3 production support for Archer platform issues.
- Troubleshoot application, workflow, integration, and reporting issues.
- Perform debugging, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
- Support platform upgrades, migrations, and patch deployments.
- Ensure platform stability, data integrity, and compliance with organizational standards.
Reporting & Risk Analytics
Design and develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
Build advanced reporting solutions using Archer Reporting Engine.
Analyze and present insights related to:
- Risk Posture
- Compliance Status
- Audit Findings
- Third‑Party Risk
Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, risk teams, compliance teams, and technology teams.
- Translate business requirements into Archer solutions and system configurations.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and platform enhancements.

Qualifications
- 6–9 years of experience in RSA Archer development, configuration, and administration.
- Experience implementing multiple Archer use cases and GRC solutions.
- Experience working in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance) or consulting environments is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Archer back‑office functions including Access Control, Integration Management, Management Reporting.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Archer Cloud deployments.
- Expertise in advanced workflow design and data integration architecture.
- Exposure to Cybersecurity Risk Management, Risk Analytics Platforms, Regulatory Compliance Solutions.
- Archer certifications are a plus.
