Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Coordinator for Respiratory Therapy to assist the Director in planning, directing, and coordinating Respiratory Care Services.

This role ensures regulatory compliance, quality patient care, and efficient operations within the department. The ideal candidate will have an Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy with 1+ year of leadership and practice experience, and must hold or be eligible for RRT certification, ACLS, PALS, and BCLS.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy, Business Administration or Leadership preferred.
• 1+ year leadership experience required.
• 1+ year Respiratory Care practice experience required.
• RRT - Registered Respiratory Therapist required.
• ACLS, PALS and BCLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director in organizing, planning, directing and coordinating Respiratory Care Services.
• Ensure services align with the hospital mission and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee department in Director's absence; manage staffing and budget aspects.
• Provide compassionate patient care and accurate documentation in EHR.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve quality and safety.
