Job summary

Baptist Health Arkansas seeks an RRT Respiratory Care Practitioner I to assess, treat, and test patients with cardiopulmonary dysfunction following physician orders and protocols. Documentation of responses and outcomes is required to support quality care.

The chosen candidate will be a graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program, holding RRT and LRCP licenses, with BLS certification; PALS/NRP are preferred and ACLS may be required depending on the department.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program.
• 0-2 years of experience as a respiratory therapist is accepted or greater.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), Arkansas Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner (LRCP), and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Preference for PALS & NRP; ACLS may be required depending on department.
