Job summary

Baptist Health in Arkansas is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner to assess, treat, and test patients with cardiopulmonary dysfunction per physician orders and protocols, documenting responses and ensuring high quality care.

The role requires graduation from an accredited Respiratory Care Program (A.S. degree preferred), and CRT with Arkansas LRCP licensure. BLS is required, with PALS/NRP; ACLS may be required depending on department. Shift is Day, hours 6:30a–7:00p; bi-weekly hours 72.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program.
• A.S. degree preferred.
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT), Arkansas Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner (LRCP).
• Basic Life Support Provider (BLS). Prefer PALS and NRP. ACLS may be required depending on assigned department.

Responsibilities

• Assess, treat, and test patients with cardiopulmonary dysfunction per physician orders and protocols.
• Document patient responses and integrate clinical expertise to improve quality of care and patient outcomes.
