MedCadre is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide comprehensive respiratory care, manage ventilator support, and assist patients with cardiopulmonary conditions.

The role requires an accredited Respiratory Therapy degree, NBRC RRT credential, and active state licensure where applicable, with strong ventilator management knowledge and excellent clinical and communication skills. Hospital setting experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential through NBRC.
• Active state license where required.
• Strong knowledge of ventilator management and respiratory care procedures.
• Excellent clinical, communication, and patient-care skills.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients’ respiratory status and monitor vital signs.

• Operate and monitor ventilators and other respiratory equipment.
• Perform respiratory assessments and diagnostic procedures.

• Educate patients and families on respiratory care and equipment use.
• Document treatments and patient progress accurately.
