Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Active Respiratory Therapist credentials (RRT/RCP-State) required or NBRC-RT certification (RRT) or NBRC-CRT.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an RT or equivalent role.

Responsibilities

• Lead respiratory therapy services across routine and critical care settings.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures and manage invasive and noninvasive ventilation.
• Mentor newer RT staff and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient-centered care.
