Job summary

HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake is seeking a Respiratory Therapist Lead to guide patients through routine care, manage invasive and noninvasive ventilation, and utilize advanced respiratory technology.

You will receive mentorship from experienced RT leaders and support from a collaborative multidisciplinary team, with consistent scheduling to foster growth and excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• ACLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• RRT/RCP-State Respiratory Therapist/Practitioner credential required.
• NBRC-RRT or NBRC-CRT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through routine care and critical moments.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures including ventilation management.
• Collaborate with RT leadership and care teams for optimal patient outcomes.

Job Summary And Qualifications

As a Respiratory Therapist, you’ll play an essential role in guiding patients through both routine care and critical moments. You’ll perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures while managing invasive and noninvasive ventilation across a variety of care settings. What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (RRT/RCP-State) Respiratory Therapist/Practitioner
• (NBRC-RRT) Registered Respiratory Therapist, or (NBRC-CRT) Certified Respiratory Therapist
