Job summary

HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake is seeking a Respiratory Therapist Lead to guide patient care across routine and critical settings. You will perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, manage invasive and noninvasive ventilation, and collaborate with a skilled RT team in a 530+ bed hospital.

Lead responsibilities include mentoring staff, ensuring quality respiratory care, and maintaining compliance with ACLS and BCLS requirements.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• 2 years experience required.
• Respiratory Therapist/Practitioner licensure to practice.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through routine care and critical moments.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures with ventilation management.
• Collaborate with RT team to ensure high-quality respiratory care.

Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Respiratory Therapist, you’ll play an essential role in guiding patients through both routine care and critical moments. What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (RRT/RCP-State) Respiratory Therapist/Practitioner
• (NBRC-RRT) Registered Respiratory Therapist, or (NBRC-CRT) Certified Respiratory Therapist
