CHS Career Site is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) in Fort Wayne, Indiana for a full-time role (36 hours per week, 5p-5a). No call and no weekends.

The position offers an up to $35K sign-on bonus, comprehensive health benefits, 401(k) with matching, and student loan repayment up to $10,000. The Respiratory Therapist will administer pharmacological, diagnostic, and therapeutic respiratory care, perform ABG punctures, monitor patient responses, and collaborate with healthcare

Qualifications

• RRT certification required.
• BCLS, ACLS, and PALS required.
• NRP and STABLE required for NICU if applicable.
• 1–3 years of acute care respiratory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers respiratory treatments and monitors patient responses.
• Assists physicians with bedside procedures.
• Performs ABG punctures and documents results.
• Maintains respiratory therapy equipment and infection control practices.
• Documents all treatments and patient responses clearly.
• Manages ventilator settings and airway maintenance.
