Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to assess, monitor, and treat patients with cardiopulmonary conditions in Colorado. You will collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans while documenting outcomes.

The role requires an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy, an RRT credential, and active licensure where applicable. BLS is required; ACLS is preferred depending on facility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administer oxygen, aerosol, and other prescribed respiratory treatments.
• Manage ventilators and assist with airway and emergency procedures.
• Perform respiratory care procedures and evaluate patient response to treatment.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Document respiratory assessments, treatments, and patient outcomes accurately.
• Follow infection control, patient safety, and respiratory care protocols.
