THE TEAM

The global Rosewood Residences team focuses on delivering distinctive, service‑led branded residential experiences that enrich everyday living and foster meaningful connections between people and place. The team supports residential developments across pre‑opening, stabilization, and ongoing operations, contributing to culture activation, operational excellence, and long‑term community success. This role collaborates closely with on‑site residential leaders, Assistant General Manager, and operations partners to ensure Rosewood’s standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service excellence are consistently delivered across the property.

YOUR ROLE

As a Housekeeper at Rosewood Residences Lido Key, you will play a vital role in delivering a pristine, welcoming, and refined residential environment. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will directly enhance the daily living experience of our residents and guests.

You will contribute to the overall success of the property by ensuring all residences and shared spaces are maintained to the highest luxury hospitality standards, while working collaboratively with the broader Residences team to uphold Rosewood’s service philosophy.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Clean and maintain guest rooms to impeccable luxury standards
• Ensure all common areas (lobby, hallways, amenities, restrooms, and outdoor spaces) are consistently clean and well‑presented
• Replenish linens, amenities, and supplies to support a seamless resident experience
• Identify and report maintenance issues promptly to maintain property standards
• Handle cleaning equipment and materials safely while following all sanitation protocols
• Respond to resident and guest requests with professionalism, care, and attention to detail
