Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Guest Service Coordinator to support the in-store client experience and sales goals by delivering hospitality services and assisting clients with shopping needs.

You will build client relationships, share product knowledge, coordinate store services, and assist with promotional projects and events while maintaining a polished and organized sales floor.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail, a polished personal presentation, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant work experience preferred; computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and maneuver throughout the store.
