Job summary

Advocate Health seeks a Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) Coordinator to lead planning, implementation, and system-wide support for the RQI program at Advocate Aurora Health. You will serve as the expert on RQI, coordinating training, reporting, and champion networks across sites.

The role requires 3+ years in adult learning, familiarity with AHA curricula, and strong data reporting capabilities. Travel is required; excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 3 years of experience in adult learning
• Understanding of AHA curriculum
• Experience with large project development and deployment
• Ability to create detailed reports including data trending

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing maintenance activities and program initiatives
• Serve as the subject matter expert in the RQI program providing daily support to leaders, RQI site leads, RQI Champions and team members as needed
• Lead RQI champions and RQI site leads including orienting new RQI champions to the role
• Co-lead RQI Champion meetings with RQI site leads
• Communicate with RQI Champions through various methods such as email and Teams
• Lead resource on RQI stations addressing equipment related situations
• Participate in meetings to educate leaders and team members on the RQI program
• Generate site and system reports related to RQI program as administrator with full rights
• Provide RQI reporting training to team members throughout the system
• Communicate changes within RQI reporting functions to leaders and team members
• Identify and implement opportunities to unify life support training across AAH
