Job summary

Advocate Aurora Health is seeking a Resuscitation Quality Improvement Coordinator to lead and support the RQI program across the enterprise. You will guide champions, manage data reporting, and collaborate with leaders to ensure high-quality life support training and program deployment.

The role emphasizes training, reporting, and cross-functional communication with a focus on system-wide improvements and compliance within a large health network.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in health care administration or related field.
• Experience communicating with diverse teams and leaders.
• Ability to develop and present system-wide reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing maintenance activities and program initiatives.
• Act as SME for the RQI program across the health system.
• Lead RQI champions and site leads, schedule communications.
• Ensure monthly cleaning and equipment readiness at sites.
• Generate site/system reports and provide data trend analyses.
• Provide RQI reporting training to staff across the system.
• Communicate changes in reporting functions to leaders.
• Identify opportunities to unify life support training.
