Job summary

Programmers.io is seeking a technically strong lead with hands-on RPG/AS400 experience and solid DB2 concepts. The role requires leading a 3+ member team, collaborating across onshore/offshore models, and driving agile development practices.

Strong communication with business and IT stakeholders is essential. The candidate will design, build, and configure applications to align with business processes, understand requirements, and guide development to successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficient / hands-on in Modern RPG and AS400 with good concepts of DB2.
• Ability to design application changes after understanding requirements and current state of the application.
• Familiar with offshore & onshore project execution and a strong team player.
• Capable of technically leading a team of 3+ resources.
• RxClaim PBM experience is a plus.
