Job summary

Relogistics is seeking a Material Handler (RPC Sorter) in Hammond, LA. You will hand sort RPCs weighing about 10 ounces and prepare pallets for shipment on a 3rd shift, Friday to Monday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, with hourly pay $17.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, strong communication, and ability to work overtime. Benefits include paid time off, health coverage, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Hand stack RPC’s on pallets to appropriate height, following inventory control instructions.
• Examine products for quality standards.
• Ensure all trash and debris is removed prior to returning to customer.
• Wrap sorted pallets and secure for shipment.
• Move pallets, or materials on pallets or in crates, around the storage facility.
• Accurately complete all paperwork to track daily progress.
• Communicate directly with Shift Lead or On-Site Manager regularly.
