Job summary

Propak is hiring a Warehouse General Labor RPC Sorter for the 2nd shift in Bridgeton, MO. The role focuses on manual sortation of RPCs and related materials to meet production goals and Propak standards, with safety and reliability emphasized.

Starting pay is $16.00/hr with potential to earn up to $24.00/hr through performance incentives. Benefits include weekly pay, PTO, full medical/dental/vision, HSA, 401(k) matching, and more. Training provided; no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manually sort RPCs and other materials according to established criteria.
• Manage inflatable dunnage airbags and organize reusable bags for reuse or disposal.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and dock area.
• Follow Propak safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Support team operations with additional duties as assigned.
