Job summary

PLA and its Family of Companies is seeking a reliable RPC Sorter for our Bridgeton, MO facility. You will sort reusable plastic containers and related materials by hand, maintain a clean workspace, and adhere to safety protocols, with incentives based on performance.

Starting pay is $16.00/hour with room to increase up to $24.00/hour through weekly performance-based tiers. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more. Training provided for all new hires.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to stand and walk 8+ hours.
• No prior experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Manual sortation of RPCs and other materials according to criteria.
• Airbag management: categorize and dispose of airbags as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow policies.
• Support team operations and assist as needed.
