Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering (any), Computer Science, or a related field
• Three (3) years of experience in the position offered or three (3) years as a RPA Developer, or a closely related occupation
• Experience with UiPath, UiPath Orchestrator, UiPath CyberArk, and UiPath Document Understanding; Bitbucket; Unix; Jenkins; Jira; LLM prompting engineering; CyberArk; migration on perm automation cloud.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end automation solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and strategic business goals
• Develop robust, scalable RPA BOTs with a focus on modularity and reliability
• Integrate continuous feedback for iterative improvement and ensure compliance with requirements
• Define development standards, enforce governance frameworks, and lead deployment readiness assessments
• Collaborate with business, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure observability and operational transparency
