Healthcare Legal Solutions LLC in Washington, DC is seeking an IT Specialist to support a high-volume, automated appeals operation. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize bots and processes that move insurance claims and documents between client systems, payer portals, and our case management platform.

Ideal candidates have IT/RPA experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to document findings clearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years of related experience in IT/RPA/healthcare revenue cycle.
• Experience interpreting logs, error messages, and data discrepancies is a plus.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications to gather information.

Responsabilités

• Run and monitor RPA programs daily to ensure successful completion.
• Investigate and resolve bot errors, documenting root causes and resolutions.
• Provide input files, error logs, and feedback to developers for bot optimization.
• Ensure case management system contains complete and accurate data for documents processed by bots.
• Verify key fields are correctly extracted and mapped from client systems and payer portals.
