Job summary

Conservice LLC is seeking an RPA Specialist to design, build and deploy automated robots for utility bill transactions and data processing. You will monitor robots, diagnose issues, and expand automation across core systems, including EDI integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience in designing and troubleshooting RPA robots (2–4 years).
• Strong background in RPA development suites with exposure to EDI and electronic file formats.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to debug and resolve live robot issues.
• Excellent attention to detail when handling financial and utility data.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy automated robots for utility bill processing and complex data tasks.
• Monitor production robots and fix exceptions to ensure reliable business functions.
• Expand automation footprint by identifying additional optimization opportunities.
• Support system integration, including SFTP/MFT platforms and EDI workflows.
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to deploy robots.
• Develop and execute thorough testing to ensure robot reliability and data integrity.
