Job summary

ARTIZENT is seeking an RPA Engineer to join its enterprise applications team in Charlotte, NC on a hybrid contract assignment. The role focuses on analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and translating them into technical specifications for the RPA development team.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of RPA experience, Agile familiarity, and UiPath expertise, plus a UiPath Advanced Developer certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (or equivalent work experience).
• 3-5 years of experience defining and documenting user requirements.
• 3-5 years coordinating milestones and gates of development releases for promotion into higher environments, including pre-production and production.
• 3-5 years of experience with development and support of RPA solutions.
• UiPath Advanced Developer Certified is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, and test automation workflows.
• Deploy RPA components including bots and tools.
• Document process improvements and future state workflows.
• Collaborate with analysts and developers to define requirements and changes.
• Create test cases and perform UAT and functional testing.
• Monitor RPA solutions in production and perform maintenance.
• Troubleshoot issues and minimize business disruption.
• Maintain detailed documentation of RPA processes and configurations.
• Provide technical support to end users.
