Job Overview

GENERAL SUMMARY

This position is responsible for developing code to support robotic and process automation initiatives across various teams within the Bank. The role involves coding, deploying, and documenting solutions using our automation platform, with an emphasis on quality and timeliness.

Essential Functions

1. Develop a wide range of system codes aligned with business requirements, exercising independent judgment on system design.
2. Apply appropriate system design patterns to optimize usability of banking applications.
3. Enable real-time integration between banking systems using REST and Open APIs.
4. Analyze and interpret code changes and system error messages for efficient troubleshooting.
5. Conduct code reviews to ensure standards, interoperability, and proper documentation.
6. Innovate during design reviews and throughout the software development lifecycle to improve user experience and processes.
7. Translate business and functional processes into technical requirements for deployment.
8. Create technical documentation supporting business processes and audit standards.
9. Develop test plans, collaborate on testing, and analyze results to ensure quality deployment.
10. Support various bank initiatives with high-quality system deployment.

Qualifications

Education: BS/MS in computer science or related field preferred, not required.

Experience: 3+ years in robotics and process automation; 3-5 years in Java or similar object-oriented programming preferred.

Skills/Abilities:

• Experience with platforms like Pegasystems, Salesforce, UiPath, Blue Prism, etc.
• Proficiency in modern technologies such as AngularJS, REST, HTML5, CSS, SQL, Java, C++, .NET, Python, SOAP, JSON.
• Passionate about innovation and emerging technologies.
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills.

Additional Details

Hourly pay: $40.87 - $48.08, based on experience and location. Position may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
