JOB TITLE: RPA Developer

LOCATION: Salt Lake City, Utah (Open to Remote, but preference for candidates near UT)

DURATION: 6+ Month Contract

RATE RANGE: $35-$38/hr **W2 Only**

Our client is a leading provider of enterprise cloud applications for finance and human resources.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Intelligent Automation Analyst with strong background in developing RPA with a strong background in automating finance processes and building complex, scalable RPA bots. This role requires an experienced developer with expertise in end-to-end automation for revenue operations, from quote-to-cash, invoicing, and billing, to revenue recognition workflows. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying sophisticated RPA solutions that address business challenges and optimize revenue operations at scale.

As a Senior RPA Developer, you will work on innovative automation projects, collaborating with business, functional, and technical teams to drive high-impact solutions.

Design and Develop Complex RPA Solutions: Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex bots that automate end-to-end revenue-related processes, including quote-to-cash, invoicing, billing, and revenue recognition workflows.

Build Scalable Automation: Create bots that can scale with the business, handling large volumes of transactions, integrating with multiple systems (e.g., ERPs, CRMs), and managing complex logic.

Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business analysts, process owners, and IT teams to understand requirements, map processes, and deliver solutions that improve the efficiency and accuracy of revenue-related operations.

Integration with Enterprise Systems: Integrate RPA bots with enterprise systems, such as Salesforce (SFDC), and other ERP/SAAS solutions, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization across platforms.

Optimize Bots and Processes: Continuously monitor bot performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows to ensure bots run efficiently and meet operational requirements.

Ensure ITGC Compliance: Design RPA workflows that meet IT General Controls (ITGC) requirements, including segregation of duties (SoD), audit trails, change management, and user access controls to ensure compliance with internal controls, regulations (e.g., SOX), and security standards.

Automation Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform end-to-end testing of RPA solutions to ensure they meet business requirements, quality standards, and operational expectations.

Process Documentation and Reporting: Document all bot development processes, technical specifications, and provide regular status updates and performance reports to key stakeholders.

Stay Up-to-Date with RPA Trends: Continuously explore emerging RPA technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance the capabilities and efficiency of automation efforts.

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of professional experience focused on business analysis cultivating innovation and leading process automation.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development, with expertise in complex bot development and automating revenue-related workflows.
  • Superb communication skills to influence and build trust with Senior Managers, Workmates, and internal customers.
  • Solid understanding of audit controls, logging mechanisms, and error-handling techniques to ensure bots meet both business and compliance standards.
  • Experienced and effective at communication skills, ability to address both business and technical audiences

Other Qualifications

  • Fundamental knowledge of both accounting and general business systems and processes
  • Experience in process mining and intelligent automation using RPA, OCR, AI, and ML to drive better business outcomes.
  • A proven track record of enabling change throughout an organization..
  • Intellectual curiosity with a continuous learning and innovation mindset
  • Experience with financial system a plus
  • Experience with UiPath automation software is a plus

Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate or annual salary only, unless otherwise stated. In addition to base compensation, full-time roles are eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, Commuter and 401K benefits with company matching.
