Job summary

Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced RPA & Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automation solutions across finance, logistics, administration, and operations.

You will collaborate with business and IT teams to deliver scalable UiPath-based automations. The role requires 3–5 years of RPA development with UiPath Studio/Orchestrator and Power Platform knowledge. Strong English, analytical skills, and independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in RPA development.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.
• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Experience with enterprise applications, databases, or ERP systems.
• Programming skills in Python, Java, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, and support RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Maintain and optimize existing automations.
• Monitor and support UiPath Orchestrator and robot operations.
• Troubleshoot automation incidents and performance issues.
• Build integrations with tools such as Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, SuccessFactors, and Oracle.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
