Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with at least one RPA platform (UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism).
• Strong understanding of RPA concepts, workflow design, and automation lifecycle.
• Experience with process mapping and business process analysis.
• Knowledge of variables, loops, conditional logic, exception handling, and debugging.
• Experience with Excel automation, email automation, and file processing.
• Understanding of SQL and database connectivity.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, web services, and application integration.
• Experience with source control, testing, and deployment practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain RPA bots to automate business workflows.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and prepare process documentation.
• Develop automation workflows using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Create reusable components, libraries, and automation frameworks.
• Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and web services.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and bot validation.
• Troubleshoot automation failures and resolve production issues.
• Implement exception handling, logging, retry mechanisms, and error recovery.
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, QA teams, and business users.
• Monitor bot performance and optimize workflows for reliability and efficiency.
• Prepare Process Design Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
• Support bot deployment, scheduling, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Follow security standards and best practices for credentials and sensitive data.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvement.
