Job summary

Genesis10 is seeking an Intelligent Automation Engineer for a contract in Cleveland, OH. You will design, develop, and deploy RPA and IDP solutions, integrating with REST APIs and cloud AI services.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, automation developers, and AI platform teams to deliver scalable, secure automation that aligns with enterprise standards. Prior experience with Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Power Automate is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on Automation Anywhere (A360) experience.
• Experience with process simulations/automation or business analysis.
• Familiarity with ABBYY or IDP tools.
• REST APIs, JSON/XML, authentication, and error handling.
• Knowledge of system integration concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, test, and deploy automation solutions.
• Provide support, root cause analysis, and debugging to meet SLAs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and integrate solutions.
• Communicate with diverse audiences and support automation portfolios.
• Ensure compliance with standards, security, and change management.
• Partner with teammates to develop, configure, test, and implement processes with high-quality builds on time and on budget.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to accomplish objectives or resolve issues.
• Participate in Agile teams to deliver iterative improvements and manage change effectively.
• Possess familiarity with cloud architectures and AI/ML service consumption patterns.
