Job summary

Solomon Page is seeking a Royalty Report Processing Specialist to drive accurate royalty reporting and actionable analytics in a Flowhaven-centric environment. The role partners with Finance, Accounts Receivable, FIS, and account teams to ensure data integrity and timely submissions.

The position requires 5+ years in royalty accounting, strong Excel/data skills, and experience with enterprise systems. Hybrid NYC onsite with some remote Fridays is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in royalty accounting, contract administration, licensing operations, business systems administration, or related functions.
• Strong understanding of royalty calculations, minimum guarantees, licensing agreements, and compliance requirements.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience working with enterprise business systems and reporting tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end royalty reporting process for domestic licensees.
• Coordinate royalty report submission, validation, review, and exception management.
• Monitor reporting deadlines and contractual compliance requirements.
• Investigate reporting discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with licensees and account teams.
• Partner with Account Managers to resolve reporting and agreement setup issues affecting royalty processing.
• Ensure royalty reports are complete, accurate, and available for downstream accounting and analytics purposes.
