Job summary

Via Licensing Alliance is seeking a Royalty Analyst to process licensee royalty reporting, prepare invoices, and deliver outstanding service to large corporate accounts. The role involves handling complex questions, managing data-heavy analysis, and supporting month- and year-end closes.

This hybrid position requires onsite work at the Greenwood Village office three days per week. Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of royalty calculations are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume reporting, invoicing, and licensee communications.
• Be the main contact for assigned Licensee accounts.
• Monitor royalty reporting, invoicing, and payments; ensure data integrity.
• Respond to requests via email; explain complex information clearly.
• Train new team members and guide communications to Licensees.
• Adhere to SOC 1, SOX, and internal procedures; support process improvements.
• Understand royalty calculation methods and licensing agreements.
• Assist in testing changes to internal software systems.
• Process and analyze large data sets in Excel and related tools.
