Via Licensing Alliance LLC is seeking a Royalty Analyst to manage licensee royalty reporting, invoicing, and collections for global accounts. You will support month-end to year-end closes, maintain professional communications, and guide team members on process improvements.

You will analyze large data sets in Excel and proprietary software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal controls. This hybrid role requires onsite work in Greenwood Village three days a week.

Qualificações

• BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Economics or related field.
• 2+ years of proven relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process licensee royalty reporting, invoicing, and collections.
• Support month-, quarter-, and year-end close activities.
• Maintain licensee relationships with professional email communication.
