Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Entry-level SQL skills and ability to query databases.
• Experience reading and interpreting royalty reporting formats across major US sources.
• Knowledge of statutory royalty rules in the US.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with rights management systems such as Vistex.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate data needs into actionable insights.
• Experience mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of three to retrieve, ingest, and reconcile royalty data.
• Oversee processing for LatAm sources, US Major Labels, and core US sources including YouTube and MLC.
• Manage Global Digital Business deals processing with partners and DSPs.
• Collaborate with Senior Manager to document and improve usage processing sources.
• Own processes tracking expected incoming payments and quarterly royalty processing success rate.
• Translate stakeholder reporting requirements into clear operational processes.
• Generate regular and ad hoc reports to evaluate process performance and impacts on client statements.
